Class Descriptions

Yoga Nidra Sleep Yoga! This class is a form of guided meditation combining a short gentle floor based flow to start (approx. 30 minutes) and a guided meditation journey in a very extended Savasana. The guided journey is designed to bring the mind and body to a very blissful state of relaxation. This practice will give you the opportunity to tap into your own ability to rest and repair.


Meditation In this 25-45min virtual class we will participate in the many different forms of meditation. We will learn an assortment of techniques and tools that will help to relax the body and quiet the mind. Find a comfortable space in your home and come with an open mind. Breathwork, mindfulness, Yoga Nidra, and more. This is a class for all levels. No experience necessary.

Gentle A low to the ground class that incorporates slower movements and breath awareness to help ease discomfort and tightness in the body. Meditation techniques introduced. Props are generously offered.


Restorative A very gentle, therapeutic form of yoga, in which each pose is fully supported by props such as blankets, bolsters and blocks. 5-7 poses will be introduced each class with much longer holding times. Props are used to fully support the weight of the body so the muscles, ligaments, and joints have a moment to rest and repair. Deep meditation practice introduced along with breath work practices.

Hatha Flow A class that builds strength and coordination, while focusing on the breath and the alignment of the poses. The flows will be soft and fluid to move the body with the breath. A moving meditation to build the foundations of a steady practice.

Vinyasa Flow A flow style practice that combines using a breath to movement sequencing. A faster paced class that matches movement with the breath. The practice promotes strength in the body, along with flexibility and stamina. A fast passed moving meditation practice guaranteed to build some heat and have a little fun.
